Barisan Nasional khabarnya merancang untuk membawa sekali lagi tiga artis luar negara ke Pulau Pinang dalam musim Pilihan Raya Umum Ke-13 (PRU13).
Tiga penyanyi itu, Paris Hilton, Lady Gaga dan Justin Bieber, menurut Barisan Nasional, mampu menebus kembali maruah Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak selepas dimalukan oleh warga Pulau Pinang semasa berlangsungnya konsert 'Gangnam Style' PSY sempena Rumah Terbuka Tahun Baru Cina Barisan Nasional baru-baru ini.
Malah, Barisan Nasional yakin, pihaknya mampu 'membeli maruah' pengundi muda untuk memastikan pentadbiran Lim Guan Eng (bekas Ketua Menteri) tumbang dalam pilihan raya kali ini.
"Kalau Umno sanggup (tebus maruah Najib), mereka perlu berbelanja lebih kurang RM50 juta untuk bawa tiga artis itu ke Pulau Pinang," kata seorang pemimpin muda Umno Pulau Pinang di Bukit Mertajam petang tadi.
Mengaku pro Tan Seri Muhyiddin sebagai perdana menteri, sumber sama berkata, usaha Barisan Nasional di bawah pengerusinya Teng Chang Yeow itu adalah sia-sia.
Terdahulu, maruah Najib sebagai perdana menteri dianggap musnah gara-gara warga Pulau Pinang menyebut Noooo! semasa Pengerusi Barisan Nasional Pusat itu bertanya, Are you ready for BN? sebanyak tiga kali.
Bagaimanapun, warga Pulau Pinang sebelum itu menyebutYesssss! semasa Najib bertanya Are you ready for PSY?.
